Craig has been a specialist insurance law practitioner since 1983 including practising in London in the professional indemnity area in the late 1980s. He provides a broad range of legal services to Australian and overseas based insurers and syndicates.

Andrew Weeks
Principal

Andrew was admitted to practice in April 2005 and has worked in insurance litigation since. During this time, he has managed all facets of insurance claims, including defending product liability claims, defending public liability claims and professional indemnity matters.

Alan Norster
Consultant

Alan has been involved in commercial and insurance litigation over 40 years. He had a very large personal injury practice but, more recently, has been involved in professional indemnity claims for engineers, architects, valuers, accountants and other professionals as well as general commercial litigation. He maintains a continuing interest in personal injury claims and is frequently consulted in connection with them.

Michael Holmes

Michael has worked in insurance litigation since 1988. During this time he has managed all facets of insurance claims, with emphasis on the defence of public liability, product liability and professional indemnity actions.
